I’m Andre “Dre” Ford. I work as an acquisition agent through WM Realty TX LLC, representing Open House in Houston single-family acquisitions for renovation and rental investment.

That focus changes how I look at a house. I’m not shopping for a listing to flip through a showing calendar — I’m thinking about what the property becomes after the work is done and someone lives in it for years. Condition, layout, what it takes to make it right.

Most of the properties I see come from people, not portals: agents with a listing that needs a different kind of buyer, wholesalers with something real, property managers who know an owner is ready, and owners who’d rather have one straight conversation than a drawn-out process.
