Experience

Experience across the property lifecycle.

My perspective connects buyer representation and acquisitions with institutional single-family rental management and construction experience.

Buyer representation & acquisitions

Transaction experience that informs the review.

Over the past three years, I’ve closed more than 130 buyer-agent transactions each year. That volume reflects repeated experience helping buyers move from a property under consideration through a completed transaction.

Today, that transaction perspective informs how I review Houston single-family acquisition opportunities. I look at the information presented, the property’s fit with current criteria, and what needs closer attention before a buyer can make a decision.

Institutional single-family rentals

Eight years on the ownership and operations side.

I have eight years of experience managing portfolios of single-family rentals for institutions. That experience shaped an ownership and operations perspective that extends beyond the initial transaction.

A house has to be considered not only as a purchase, but as a home that may need renovation and then serve a long-term rental use. That broader view is part of how I approach a property today.

Construction management & partners

Renovation needs viewed with practical context.

I bring construction-management experience and construction partners to the way I evaluate renovation needs. That helps me consider what the visible condition may mean for the work ahead and where more information may be needed.

Every property still requires its own review. Construction scope, pricing, timing, and partner availability are not promised by an initial evaluation.

What that means for your property

A connected view from purchase to long-term use.

When you bring me a property, I consider the purchase opportunity alongside likely renovation needs and its potential long-term rental use. That perspective supports a practical first review; it is not an offer, appraisal, or underwriting approval.
