A usable package gets reviewed

The form asks for the basics first. Optional details help, but they are not required to start the conversation.

Required basics

  • Street address, city, and ZIP
  • Asking price if known — or select “Not sure”
  • Your name and a working email or phone number
  • Your role (agent, wholesaler, property manager, owner, etc.)

What kinds of properties is Dre looking for?
Single-family detached homes in the Houston area that fit the current buy box: renovation-to-rental profile, specific year bands, size range, and other criteria. See the Buy Box.
Do all the details have to be known?
No. The required basics are the street address, city, ZIP, your name, a working email or phone number, and how you’re connected to the property. You can mark the asking price as “Not sure.” Helpful extras include a listing URL, year built, beds/baths/sqft, condition, occupancy, current rent, and known concerns.
What happens after I submit a property?
The summary is emailed to Dre for review. Email provider acceptance only confirms the notification was accepted for delivery — it does not guarantee a response time, review, or offer. Dre may request additional information if the property fits current criteria and buyer review.
Is submitting an offer or acceptance?
No. Submitting a property is a request for review, not an offer to purchase and not an acceptance. Any purchase would be subject to property review, current criteria, buyer approval, and a written agreement.
Can I upload photos or documents?
The current form does not accept attachments. Include a public listing link if one exists, and mention what additional information is available. Dre will let you know if he needs more.
