Agents & Wholesalers
Bring the property. Build the relationship.
Andre “Dre” Ford works through WM Realty TX LLC, representing Open House to source Houston single-family renovation-to-rental opportunities. If you have a property or a lead, send the basics and Dre will review it against current criteria.
What to send
A usable package gets reviewed
The form asks for the basics first. Optional details help, but they are not required to start the conversation.
Required basics
- Street address, city, and ZIP
- Asking price if known — or select “Not sure”
- Your name and a working email or phone number
- Your role (agent, wholesaler, property manager, owner, etc.)
Helpful optional details
- Public listing URL
- Year built, beds, baths, and square footage
- Condition, repairs needed, and known concerns
- Occupancy and current rent, if known
Do not include lockbox codes, tenant personal information, or confidential documents. The form does not accept attachments.
Who you are
Four ways to bring a property
Choose the card that matches your relationship to the property. The button preselects your role on the submission form only.
Agents
If you have a listing or a client whose property fits a renovation-to-rental profile, send the basics. Dre will review it against current criteria and let you know where it stands.
- Share the listing link and condition notes
- Tell Dre what the seller actually needs
- No structure or acceptance is implied
Wholesalers
Send real, well-described properties. A clear package is more useful than a mass blast.
- Accurate address, condition and access notes
- Be upfront about the position you hold
- No acceptance of any structure is implied
Property Managers
You often know about a home before anyone else — an owner ready to stop managing, a tenant moving on, or a property that needs more work than the owner wants.
- Introduce owners who are considering selling
- Flag condition realities early
- Ongoing relationships matter more than one deal
Owners & Investors
Disposing of a house? Tell Dre what it is and what you’re hoping to do. Straight conversation, no pressure.
- Owner-occupied, vacant or tenanted — just say which
- Repairs you know about are helpful context
- You’ll get a clear sense of whether it fits current criteria
These buttons preselect your role on the submission form only. No personal information is ever placed in a link or web address.
