This notice explains how property submissions work on this site and how HAR’s separate tools handle activity on the contact, search, foreclosure and home-value pages.
Property submissions
Your answers remain in the page while you complete and review the form. They are not placed in the web address or saved in browser storage. Nothing is sent until you press Submit Property. When you submit, the property and contact details shown in the review are sent through this site’s email provider to the fixed acquisition inbox, Andre.ford@openhouse-group.com, so Dre can review the property and reply.
The contact page loads HAR’s own form
The contact page displays a form served by HAR.com inside a frame. Opening that page loads content from HAR, so HAR receives a request from your browser. Anything you type into that form and submit with its own button goes to HAR and is handled under HAR’s terms and privacy practices, not this site’s. RealEstateDre does not receive a copy through this website. We make no claim about what HAR does or does not collect, store or use on its own pages.
The search page loads HAR’s own search
The search page displays HAR’s property search inside a frame. Opening it loads content from HAR, and anything you search, click or submit there happens on HAR under HAR’s own terms and privacy practices. This site does not receive, store or copy your searches or any listing data.
The foreclosures page loads HAR’s own search
The foreclosures page displays HAR’s foreclosure-filtered listing search inside a frame. Opening it loads content from HAR, and anything you search, click or submit there happens on HAR under HAR’s own terms and privacy practices. This site does not receive, store or copy your searches or any listing data.
The home value page loads HAR’s own tool
The home value page displays HAR’s home-value tool inside a frame. Opening it loads content from HAR, and any address or details you enter and submit there go to HAR and are handled under HAR’s own terms and privacy practices. This site does not receive, store or copy them.
Email delivery and manual fallback
The email provider processes the submission for delivery. This site does not create a lead database, accept attachments, or copy the submission into Dre’s personal HAR marketing records. If online delivery is unavailable, you can copy the complete summary and open a blank email addressed to Dre; copying or opening your email app does not itself send anything. The provider and the recipient’s email service may retain message data under their own operational and legal requirements; this site makes no broader retention guarantee.
These are not connected to each other
A property submission on this site is never sent to, attached to or pre-filled into the HAR form, search, foreclosure search or home-value tool. Nothing moves between them automatically.
Links that leave this site
Links to HAR.com or TREC open those organizations’ own websites, which operate under their own terms and privacy practices. This site has no visibility into what happens there.
No tracking added by this site
No analytics, advertising or tracking tools have been added by this site. That statement covers this site’s own code only; it says nothing about HAR’s embedded form, search, foreclosure search and home-value tool, the email provider, or any other outside website.
