From request to service.

  1. Submit your request

    Review every answer before sending. A request starts a conversation; it does not book work or authorize a charge.

  2. Confirm fit and scope

    Dre reviews the property and your goals, then confirms the listed price or a written quote.

  3. Agreement

    Confirm responsibilities and deliverables, then sign the applicable agreement.

  4. Schedule the work

    Mutually agree timing after prerequisites, property access and any required initial payment are confirmed.

  5. Payment at the agreed milestone

    Strategy is $100 before assessment; readiness is $125 before the walkthrough and $125 on delivery; leasing is due only after both the lease is signed and required move-in funds have cleared. Ownership and eviction timing follows the written quote.

Dre will confirm the scope and send any required agreement and invoice directly. Payment follows the terms shown for your selected service.
